After entering the above information, Click "Go to Checkout". Please fill out the proceeding information on the other pages (Book Now>Select Date and Time>Pay Now) to complete process. 

Beginning January 1, 2023 (emphasis added) each applicant for the issuance of a Firearm Owner's Identification Card may include a full set of his or her fingerprints in electronic format to the Illinois State Police, unless the applicant has previously provided a full set of his or her fingerprints to the Illinois State Police underthisActortheFirearmConcealedCarryAct.

We are also not responsible for the rejection of fingerprints by governing agency.

For Out of State Fingerprint Cards, it is suggested to obtain a tracking number from parcel service used. We are not responsible for items lost during transit.
